palvietnam.vn is a company and product information website. You can read it without giving us anything. We only keep data that you choose to send us.
What we collect
- When you submit the form on the Contact page: your name, phone number, email address and the message you write.
- Server logs, recorded automatically: IP address, browser type and time of visit.
Apart from those two, simply reading the site leaves no personal information about you.
What we use it for
- Contact details: only to answer the request you sent.
- Server logs: to run the website, investigate faults and block abusive traffic.
We do not send you marketing email unless you ask for it.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses only technical cookies to keep your session. No advertising cookies, and no third-party behavioural tracking tools.
Who we share it with
- We do not sell, trade or rent your data to anyone.
- We disclose it only when a competent state authority requires it under the law.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Data is stored on servers located in Vietnam. Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep a record of the exchange, then deleted.
If the site starts selling online
The site currently presents products but does not take online orders. If ordering is switched on, we will also collect your name, phone number and delivery address — solely to process and deliver the order, and shared with the delivery company only as far as needed to complete delivery.
Your rights
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, you have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you, and see it.
- Ask us to correct it, or to delete it.
- Withdraw consent you gave earlier.
- Complain if you believe your data has been misused.
